Lemon juice, a squeeze
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toast your bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
In a small bowl, combine your mashed avocado or mayonnaise with a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain your tin fish can, reserving a little bit of the oil for extra richness (optional). Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces. Spread the mayo/avocado mixture on your toasted bread.
Top with the flaked tin fish and sprinkle with chopped red onion and fresh herbs.
